Story behind the song
I wrote this song when I was feeling confused about alot of things in my life. Detached from reality in a way. I was having trouble remembering correctly things that meant alot to me and so the song is about being afraid to forget. Sometimes we change events to make them into interesting stories to tell our friends. Not everything is an action movie, or a romance novel.

Just today I decided I was somewhere new, No its not right, Ive done it all to impress you, I feel dead inside and I am so confused. I wish you could help me. Ive tried everything (like) Ive bent the truth from what I knew to what I thought you put me through, looked underneath when everything was here, apparently. convinced myself and Ive rehearsed it too, for the rest of my life this is the new truth I swear... Sometimes I wonder how it was I half remember everything it seems like my memories of me combined with several movie scenes stories retold to me, what new theme, with a twist will become of this, I want to stop pretending, take this illusional blindfold away from me, make this delusional feeling release me...
