A Scorner Seeks Wisdom

Verse 1
A scorner seeks wisdom, and does not find it, (Proverbs 14: 6-8)
but knowledge is easy to him who understands,
Go from the presence of a foolish man,
The wisdom of the prudent is to understand his way.
REFRAIN
A scorner does not love one that reproves him, (Proverbs 15:12)
neither will he go to the wise.
Verse 2
Cast out the scorner, contention shall go, (Proverbs 22:10)
yea, strife and reproach shall cease,
Judgments are prepared for scorners, (Proverbs 19:29)
when the scorner is punished the simple is made wise. (Proverbs 21:11)
